房間設施尚可，衹是我們住的時候，空調壞了，老闆給我們換了對面房間，也幫我們拿行李，但更換房間終究還是不方便，因此丟掉了一瓶新買的卸粧水，雖然主要是自己的責任，怪不得別人，但因更換房間而導致的。

ただし、おすすめされるローカルレストランは観光客向けの高価格帯レストランなので、ローカルレストランに行きたい人は当ホテルで聞かない方が良いでしょう。

酒店位於活力之城的最好海邊位置, 旁邊貢茶也可以吃中餐臨近燈塔和遊輪的登錄點，如果去超市需要走一段距離。酒店內還是比較乾淨衞生的 適合度假休閑

Over-promise, Under-deliver. The marketing material really sounds great, but this place was terrible. The "cafe" was closed, as in, shuttered completely, despite the marketing info clearly stating it would be opened. That is a MAJOR problem when we were counting on eating most meals there, as we were advised by the staff not to be outside after 5 pm due to safety concerns. The very sparsely outfitted "kitchenette" didn't even have a dish towel...no paper towels, no coffee filters or coffee (other than a small jar of instant coffee granules). It was run down and old, furniture was dirty and stained, bedding inadequate, mattresses lumpy. The desk attendant was generally unhelpful. I saw nothing in person that would justify calling this a "spa". Highlight was that the AC worked well, the wifi worked well, and there was good water pressure.

As you walk in, you feel the sense of calmness and peace. It’s about 7 minutes walking distance from the water taxi and local restaurants/entertainment. The rooms are spacious, clean, and have a manual. They have a café across the street with reasonable prices. Everything we tried for breakfast and dinner was delicious.

We stayed here for one night at the start of our Belizean adventure. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Sitting on the terrace overlooking the bay having our meals was a real treat and the food was absolutely delicious. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the early morning swim and yoga class was a great start to the day. I would highly recommend a night or two here!

Nice boutique hotel with belizean charm in good location overlooking the harbour. Delicious food with local dishes. We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfasts, lunch and dinner sitting on the verandah. Staff were very welcoming and attentive. Enjoyed our early morning yoga and use of the pool.

Phenomenal experience. Clean, quiet, beautifully maintained, great location to plenty of food options and the ferry terminals. Had one of the *best* massages of my life from Gisele. Felt very safe. There was 24/7 security and the property uses number codes rather than anything physical like a keycard or proper key. They have onsite parking within the gated property. The American in me would have loved a mini fridge in the room and an ice machine on site but that is not a dealbreaker in the slightest. I went in early Sept 2025 during the rainy season and it definitely poured everyday but we also had a few hours of sunshine and plenty of cloudy skies without rainfall. I was incredibly satisfied with my stay and absolutely hope to return soon.
